The Coleman lab is a strong advocate for public engagement. We never forget that the public funds us through government and charities, that we need a constant influx of freshly-educated young scientists from the school and university system, and that our results will ultimately be applied in treating diseases that can affect anyone. Our work gives us unique insight into questions many people are asking and we are passionate about doing our best to explain this in accessible language.
